Shower Room
This week we refurbished a tired looking shower room for a new letting agent client in Chadwell Heath.
We fitted PVC shower panels, ideal for lettings. New toilet, basin, shower, floor tiles, fixtures and decorated.

Studio Refurb
We have just completed a studio flat refurbishment for a customer in City of London.
We ripped out existing bathroom, tiling, flooring throughout. Fitted a new shower room with tiling, re tiled the kitchen and refurbished the kitchen units, installed extra sockets, installed appliances, re decorated the whole property, laid new flooring throughout and furnished.

Gym Floor
Lillywhite last week came up with an idea to solve an issue with some damaged flooring in a gym in an office in Jermyn Street, London. Rather than replace the whole floor we cut out the section of damaged flooring and replaced with a heavy duty rubber matt that is used in gyms. This way weights could be thrown onto the matt and would cause no further damage to the existing wooden flooring. Client was very happy with the outcome.
Shower Room
We refurbished a shower room for a fellow BNI member in Sawbridgeworth CM21 this week.
Removed tiling, shower, shower tray and towel rail. Fit new tiling, shower and towel rail.

MP House Refurb
A recent refurbishment carried out for a famous MP in SE1 near the Globe Theatre. Sanded and varnished tired wooden flooring to look like new, full redecoration, ripped out bath and replaced with large shower tray with new wall tiling, serviced all appliances plus lots of requested extras.
