Internal Wall Finishing
The different options:
MGM “FLEXI-HANG” WALL STORAGE
An effective wall mounted, maintenance free panel & storage system for both small and large items from screw drivers to lawn mowers. The panels are made from hardwearing PVC and are strong, light, moisture resistant & hard wearing. Designed to be used together with customised accessories including hooks, baskets, brackets and shelves which clip anywhere onto the panels (so no for unsightly nails and screws all over your wall). “Flexi-Hang” Wall Storage can cover a part or the whole of your wall for total storage flexibility.
WHITE MELAMINE BOARD
As an alternative to plastering, our method is to use 15mm white melamine boards. These are smooth and hard wearing, joined and trimmed to prevent all gaps.
Of course we can also re plaster the surfaces

BRICKWORK
For exposed brickwork, we can provide a brick stabilising treatment to hold back the dust and damp and leave a smooth finish.
INTERNAL CEILING FINISHING
Ceilings can be white bordered and loft storage can be added where appropriate.

Stripping out of all unrequired internal fixtures and fittings to include electrical cabling, back to the fuse board, strip out and dispose of existing garage door and frame. -

Reconfiguring of any existing plumbing pipework -

Garage floor levelling / Garage floor repairs -
Damp Proof
Internal garage damp proofing provided -
PVC
Supply and fitting of heavy PVC garage flooring or any flooring of your choice -
Skirting Boards
Fitting of skirting boards -
Ceiling
Creation of a suspended ceiling and insulation as required. -
Electrics
All first and second fix electrics to provide new light fittings and electrical sockets. Electrical testing / upgrade or replacement of fuse boards as required. -
Doors & Windows
Supply and fitting of garage doors, new doors and windows. -
Floor to Ceiling

Cladding
