Another insurance job, bathroom was decimated by a leak, Lillywhite restored it better than new for the customer. New tiling, new shower, toilet and basin. Very nice finish on this bathroom.

We have just finished a part renovation for Jackson Property Services in Colchester. We replaced a 1970`s style kitchen for a basic fresh kitchen, with new sink and tiling suitable for lettings, new flooring in kitchen, bathroom and carpet in 2 bedrooms, plus did a few minor decorating repairs and fitted few doors.

We recently carried out a full renovation for Century 21 in Goodmayes, who wanted a run down 1 bed flat renovated so it could be attractive to professional renters and let out.
We treated and eradicated the damp throughout and redecorated, new flooring, new kitchen with appliances, new bathroom both with new tiling, and old items cleared.
All completed ahead of schedule, customer was very happy with end result.
