A very run down old garage, customer wanted us to create a room to eventually have a bar installed .we totally ripped down, and built up from scratch. New flat roof installed, finished with epdm rubber roof system. New solid steel hinged garage door installed one end and french doors the other end, new timber floor down on top of epdm, insulated with 50mm insulation, and interlocking hard wearing plastic tiles on top for finish. Skirting throughout. New electrics installed, double sockets, two strip lights.
