An old out house hardly use, customer wanted to convert to be used as an office . Roof area fitted with rock wool insulation., Timber frame work created throughout , including of 50mm insulation, plasterboard thought out and skimmed over. New electric circuit put in with separate fuse box , double sockets , two down lights , an outside light , and a cat 5 point. New opening created to take Georgian style french doors, two new side windows. Laminate flooring installed, skirting throughout.
